What this service does

PrintReady Check performs an automated technical inspection of a PDF and reports what it finds. It is an aid to preparing print artwork, not a substitute for your printer’s own preflight process.

No guarantee

A good score does not guarantee that a printer will accept your file, and a poor score does not mean a printer will reject it. Every printer has different equipment, requirements and tolerances. Always confirm the final specification with your print provider before ordering.

We do not check physical colour fidelity, total ink coverage, dot gain, registration, trapping, or compatibility with a specific RIP. Those depend on the press, the paper and the process.

Your file

You keep all rights to the artwork you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload it. We do not modify your file, and we delete it automatically as described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload files you do not have the right to process.
• Do not attempt to overload, probe or circumvent the service or its usage limits.
• Do not use the service to process unlawful material.

Plans and billing

The Free plan includes 2 analyses per month. Pro is billed monthly and includes 30 analyses per month. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Usage limits are enforced on our servers.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for printing costs, reprints, missed deadlines or other losses arising from the use of this service or from reliance on a report.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
