What we do with your file

When you upload a PDF we store it in a private bucket, read its technical properties, and produce a report. We never publish your file, never share it, and never use it to train any AI model.

How long we keep it

• Guest and Free uploads are deleted automatically 24 hours after upload.
• Pro uploads are deleted automatically after 7 days.
• You can delete the file yourself at any time from the report page.

The report — the measurements and findings — stays in your history so you can refer back to it. The original artwork does not.

Who can see your report

Only you. Reports are tied to your account, or to a signed token stored in your browser if you checked a file as a guest. Report links are not guessable and are not accessible to anyone else.

What we store about you

• Your email address, if you create an account.
• Your subscription status, held by Stripe and mirrored here.
• Usage events — that a check started or finished, and its score. Never file content.
• Attribution parameters (such as UTM tags) from the link you first arrived through, so we know which channels bring people here.

AI

Technical properties are extracted with PDF libraries, not with a language model. If an optional language model is enabled, it only rewrites the explanation of a finding we already measured, and it receives that finding’s text — never your file.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Your subscription state reaches us through signed webhooks from Stripe.

Your rights

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. That removes your profile, your reports and any artwork still in storage. For anything else, get in touch and we will help.
